78 y88 gold special edition trans am. long story short. my bank account was frauded on a few years ago and i sold it to my uncle to be able to afford christmas. I thought at the time sell it to him and sell it cheap so when things got straightened around i could buy it back. that wasnt the case. he wanted to keep it for his sons first car. they are now relocating to texas and not taking the car with them I dont want that car out of the family at any cost. so if i have to lose some $$ in order to get it, then so be it.

sorry - I was only going off what you posted

we are currently going thru a similar situation

My only point was that if he bought with the understanding that this was to help you out of a tough spot, he would have made it very easy for you to acquire it.

yes it is how it is currently. i have it sitting around collecting dust and often tend to use it as a box storage shelf.... which it does make a good one too i might have to add.

but i may not have to sell it im getting very close to having the money worked out to get my old car back so if i dont need to sell it, it will go to the back of the garage and be forgotten about for some time now.

Good luck, it would be nice if you were able to get your car back and keep this one. You can never have too many cars, especially too many F-bodies

i did put up a paif of them around 1.5 years ago maybe even 2? I sold the parts car.. which was way rough for 2000 so you can tell how bad the economy is getting around here.

                            Your car still available?
                            Might have a potential buyer.
How solid are the floorboards and inside of the trunk?
