  • 1969 pontiac Firebird

    SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

A ton of work has been done to this car and this thread has been re-wrote with updated pics and info

1969 pontiac firebird very original, numbers matching (original color brown w/vinyl top)
rebuilt pontiac 350 v8 with 2 bl carb with around 30K miles on it
rebuilt 3 speed auto with around 30K miles on it

    runs and drives good

New 17" torque thrust wheels and good used 17" tires
new Remanufactured Carbruator, New Remanufactured Alternator
New Fuel Tank, and sending unit
    new Front brakes
    new chrome trim and emblems,

nice center console, with floor shifter
nice dash with original stereo, not cut up like most

this car sat inside a garage for the last several years, somewhere between 8 and 10 years, previous owner has 13 f-bodies ranging from 1967 to 1981. Previous owner began the restoration but never finished the car and i bought it half finished and sent it off to the bodyshop.

the car is now very solid, i just put 5500 into bodywork and paint(with receipts) it just had new quarters, trunk drop off panels, the doors and fenders are originals and were worked some, floor pans and trunk pan were patched in a couple spots

Paint is base/clear and is beautiful, it is a very good job

    car needs:
interior redone in black (car has original beige or gold interior in fair shape)
and a few other odds and ends

car also comes with several boxes of new parts
window felts, weatherstripping, carpet, head liner, grant steering wheel, sail panels, more chrome and even more that i cant remember

like all these old cars pics dont do them justice or show there true condition I encourage anyone interested come take a look at it

ONLY trade would be a 1969-1975 full size blazer

Engine bay and interior photos show every is covered in a heavy dust from the body shop, i havent cleaned the interior yet no reason too since i planned to remove it all and replace with a black interior

$8000 ....... the way it sits with 17" torque thrust wheels and tires
$7500 ....... with like new 15" crager ss and tires
$7000 ....... bring your own rollers

    231-510-2754

found something else i want to buy real bad and need the cash from this car to buy it

Dammit Jason, this is bad timing. My dad had a 69 bird and wants another but this isn't the right time. This is exactly what he is looking for.

                            installed today...

                            fender emblems
                            a new battery tray
                            new Headlight chrome trim rings

i figure i will keep working on the car, since the economy is so bad and no one is buying...however the plus side the camaro i want isnt selling either
