  • 1989 Chevy Suburban $1000 OBO

    NEW PRICE: $800!

I am helping out my roommate by selling his winter vehicle, a 1989 Chevy Suburban. Here are the details (as far as I know):

    1989 Chevy Suburban
    ~170,000 miles
    350
    Auto Trans
    Red/White Exterior
    Red Cloth Interior
    2 Wheel Drive
    New Power Steering Pump
    3 New Tires

Pros: Always starts, heat works, locks work, all lights work, great utility vehicle.

Cons: Rusty, small oil leak (loses about a quart every 2,000 miles), has no power above 70 MPH.

    Here are some pics:

If you have any questions or need additional info, feel free to message me or call me at (810)877-2222.

    ANY OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED!!!

    Thanks,

    James

That sucks...He uses it all the time to tow a trailer, and it has never missed a beat. Even though it is RWD, it still handles really well in the snow. If you (or whomever was going to buy it) changes their mind, my buddy is considering ALL offers. He just wants to get it away from the front of the house...

He just got a more fuel efficient vehicle (Ford Focus) because he has to make a long commute to work everyday. It just doesn't make sense for him to keep this anymore.

Thanks John. I am getting some interest off of Craigslist, but they are low balling me too low... I guess it's time for another asking price change...
