I have a 1995 Olds Acheiva, 4dr, dark blue color that has the quad 4 engine in it. Engine makes noise, waterpump went out on it, put a new waterpump on it but the engine overheated too much and has noise. Will need engine work done to it. Some interior pieces are missing as well. Body is in fairly good shape for an older car. Would like $250 for the car. Would be a good parts car for someone or if someone wanted to part it out they could make some cash as well. I don't feel like tearing into the quad 4 any further and fixing it.

This thing is awesome! Really wish I had the extra cash for this, would make an awesome DD. Any idea what kind of noise it has? Is it undriveable/ burning any fluids?

waterpump went out on it, the customer wanted us to try a waterpump and see if it would run before tearing into the engine. Got it running but the customer got it hot and so the engine is making some good noise. They decided they wanted to cut their losses and gave us the title to cover the work we had done to it so far.
The quad 4 engines can be a touchy when they get hot. Find a junkyard engine and you are in business------------------------------------------

sorry for not contacting you sooner, but I cannot find a quad 4 around me for less than 1100..
good luck..sucks too cause my wife needs a car
