I listed my camaro on craisglist twice and only got one respone asking if I would consider a trade.

I put it on autotrder and got several calls and by the end of the week some one made me an offer, I raised it by $100 and said sold!.

Ok, PLEASE don't take offense to this. This time last year, I think that you would be pretty on with your pricing. Now, Lt1 cars aren't worth shit. You should have started your car at 5500, and been willing to work down on it. I know that you have a full bot-on LT1 car, but thats just the way it is. I would have sold my car already, but I know that I would lose my ass on it vs what I paid for it last year, so I am just hanging on to it.

No offense taken, Ive gotten a ton of interest in the car with a higher price but I have to sell it asap so i can get the car I want. I could prob part the car out for $5500 lol I may try auto trader tom and see how that goes.

ebay worked awesome for me. its just hard right now because 6 speed ls1 cars with quite a few miles can be had for just a tad more than your asking price easy. If I were you I'd strip all the mods off it and throw it on ebay or something for a lower price. My car sold in like 2 days on ebay..

Amen. With LS1 cars being so cheap, LT1 cars come down to price price price.

ive had by far the best luck with autotrader. I got 3 serious callers on my 99 after a local kid already stopped and put a deposit on it - and i even took the add down too.

Not true, It really depends on what people are looking for, LT1's still hold there value. not as good as the Lsx motor but I'm never going that route unless i find a Transam i want.

just in general camaros have been dieing, NOT the t/a's though lol

i sold my motorcycle within 12 hours on craigslist, and my 1995 mustang cobra within about 10 days of posting it. Ended up making a lil $$ off of both. ive never tried autotrader however my cousin has sold 2 motorcycles, a camaro, and a monte carlo ss on autotrader.
