Some people on Craigslist just suck. Nothing like trying to near double your money at someone elses expense.

Heres the link to the original thread.

        http://www.mifbody.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=23729

I was going to buy it, but some other guy beat me there. Ah well. How much you want to bet he figured out either the heads or block is bad, not just a blown gasket, and now hes trying to dump it on someone else?

I think it did sell for 1k, I know it was up on Craigslist for 1500 OBO at the time.

Ya, Mike18 was thinking about it but he decided against it.

That car has way more issues I believe than just a head gasket

It is different email addy's so I am assuming the guy from this site sold it and now this person is flipping it. Who knows if there's more wrong then just a head gasket but I'd still be interested in it at $1000, even if the motor is completely bad...

I just figured out what else bothered me about this. When it was sold the first time, it INCLUDED the gasket kit for the headgasket! Wonder if we will see that pop up in a couple of days....

I sent him an E-mail on it, I'll list the response later....
