interior is clean and has no damage or rips in the leather, I drive it everyday but as of today odo reads 100,360 miles

Car has new tires, brakes, front wheel bearings, intake gaskets

car is in great shape, very clean, runs and drives perfect, needs nothing, good in snow and gets 27-33Mpg

thanks guys, they do still have the car show here in "kaleva", i take my chevelle and mustang there every year, we also have an 1/8 mile dragstrip here too... they run old-school drags on friday nights for $5 each car....

as for what kind of F-body i want.... i am looking for a very specific car...

as for montes... i have owned several over the years
1970, 1978, 1981, 1985 SS, 1988 SS, and the 2001 now

loved them all, but my favorite was the 88 ss, fully restored, built roller 383, built 350th.... burned in a fire last year

Sorry to hear about the '88. Gotta like the Monte, I had a '78 my freshmen yr of HS. Sold it to buy a '79 my sophmore yr, and then bought a '72 as a garage companion to it my senior yr. (Man I wish I had that kind of disposable cash today)

I was at the Kaleva track once back in the late 80's.

Cool to hear they still have the car show, what kind of turn out do they get these days??

shouldnt be too hard considering every 98-02 trans am came with leather, ls1, and ttops only tricky part will be finding a 6speed ws6 at a fair price, although the majority of ws6's that ive seen are all black..
