  • 1988 Formula WS6 350 for sale

Hey guys. I have a 1988 Pontiac Firebird Formula WS6 350 for sale. The car needs the engine rebuilt, or a new engine installed ( it has a bad rod knock ). The car is unbelievably clean. It has so many new parts I don't want to type them all out. I have over $4400 invested. I really want to sell it to someone who can put it back on the road. I can't do that right now and the body is way to nice to sit all winter. I have over 20 photos taken just last month I can send you. The car has 108,000 miles on it. I'm asking $2195 or best offer. If you like 3rd gens, you guys really have to see this car. Call Lance @ (810) 348-6045. Here are a few Photos and I have more to send

I forgot to mention that I may be open to trades. If you have something you want to trade, let me know and I will look at it. I'm looking at all offers right now. I just want this car gone before it sits outside all winter.

Man, if I wanted a Firebird, I'd totally consider this.

Okay guys and gals. I've had several crappy trade offers from some of the websites I have this listed on, but I wanted to let everyone know that this is going to be the last week I try to sell it. I had it at my cousins and I have towed it back to my house. It started up and backed into the driveway and has set there for two weeks. If I don't sell it in a week or so I'm putting it in the garage and putting an engine in it. I don't want to make it my daily driver, but it's still insured and the plates are about to come due so If I can't sell it I might as well put an engine in it and drive it. Anyone got any offers let me hear them other wise I guess it's my daily driver.

I have it listed on Racing Junk and Craigs List. Not sure why it started knocking. It never lost oil pressure and will still start and run with good oil pressure. I'm thinking since it's been rebuilt before it was put back together wrong. I was getting on the I69 west in Flint at about 1/2 throttle, maybe 3500 RPM's and it started knocking real loud. I drove it the rest of the way home real easy and the oil pressure never fell below 30. By the time I got it here you could hear the bearings starting to make noise. I'm not sure why it did it. I had only put maybe 2000 miles on it since I had bought it from the last guy. He told me the engine had less than 6000 miles on it so your guess is as good as mine.

Lance- I tried talking my buddy into it, but he kept giving me some excuse why he shouldn't. If I didn't have my sights on a 15th anniversary TA, I'd probably buy it myself. It would make a great summer DD.

It looks like a very clean ride, good luck!!
