    Iron heads though. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, but an educated buyer might spot it. Itll look cooler though cause the front will sit 1/2" lower

    and just in case you were gonna ask, no it would not be worth your time swapping heads

        yep, from what i've read the biggest difference is weight, flow the same for the most part and a few other differences that make it a little more torquey to get the boats they put them in moving.

        but yes, im not going to swap anything that is not necessary over lol

          Make sure it's really a 5.7 and not a 4.3 V8. I had a buddy who put what he thought was a 5.7 in his Jeep till he had to rebuild it and found out it was a 4.3. He bought it from a well known junk yard and they told him it was a 5.7.

            4.3's did not come in roadmasters, but i will double check just in case

              Be careful, you start running that at higher rpms you can take the rings out if the old guy that had it didn't run it hard. The cylinders could have a lip worn in them and running it harder the rods will stretch more and the top ring will hit that lip. Its a crap shoot, just wanted to warn ya.
