FOR SALE
......from the Jim Smith GMMG Collection...........
2002 GMMG Hot Rod Edition #1972
1 of 36 HRE?s built by GMMG for Hot Rod Magazine & Berger Chevy to honor 36 years of Camaro
B4C - Black/Red
380HP - 6 Speed - Hurst Short-Throw Shifter & ball
Corvette Brake Upgrade - Crager SS Wheels
Eibach Lowering Springs
HRE Custom Floor Mats
Roof-Sail Panel: A number of 4th Gens had blistering paint on the roof & sail panels because the adhesive bled through the fiberglass & bubbled the paint. This was a problem on many 4th Gens & needed to be fixed correctly. Anyone that knows me already knows how anal I am with the quality & condition of the cars in the collection. The roof & sail panel probably would have been OK BUT I wanted them as close to perfect as possible. A great painter friend of mine who painted for a Chevy dealer checked with GM, PPG & his paint guy. The roof & sail panel are properly repaired, repainted & look great.
One of the cleanest cars from the collection
Never been in rain ? underside is spotless
GMMG Window Sticker & other GM Documents
14,975 miles
(I am driving HRE #1972 to car shows this summer & the mileage will be a little higher)
