miles mean nothing on these trucks if they are maintained sean. Go take it for a test drive if you are interested. Mine feels better at 70k than it did at 33k when i bought it lol. The only thing that would concern me is the rust on the bottom of the door, but thats inevitable - Im constantly watching that area on mine.-Joel
