So basically you're selling an SLP lid for $125 if you sell all the tickets?

lets see after I pay incomming shipping to me and if for some reason I have to pay to ship the item out, I break even or may even loose out on this deal...

and the winner will get an slp air lid for next to nothing..

            I thought it sounded great..

besides there is no rule against making a profit if I was.. thus why I pay for all the taxes, insurance, business licesnse etc I do OWN Spooled up Racing as a business

            Dave

**edit** and to put it into perspective if u are gonna spend 20.00 on the raffle regardless why should it matter if I am gonna sell 10 tickets or 1000 tickets.. your still only buying 5 tickets..

I don't think anybody had a problem with it, its a great deal for you to promote your business and a great deal for the winner.

Ease back Dave, I was just simply stating that you were selling the lid for $125 if you sold all the tickets. I was not saying that you're ripping anyone off, especially since SLP sells the for $102.95 on their website. Sorry you misunderstood the post or got offeneded, but anyone with a calculator could have figured that out. It just appears that I was the 1st one. Thanks, Mike

Alot of people dont understand that raffles are sometimes made for not only profit of the person running the raffle, but to give others a chance to win something for dirt cheep when they could not afford it otherwise..

I'm not out to rip anyone off you guys dont have to worry about that!!

                    anywho LET THE RAFFLE CONTINUE!!!!

I agree. People are just a little bit more cautious on the internet and I'm sure I don't have to explain why. But it's very nice you are giving this oppurtunity to this board and soon someone is going to have a brand new lid! WOOT!

                      The show must go on!
