It was also at the Detroit Cobo Autorama in 2007 or 8? and the eyes on design show in 2007 or 8.
What we need to find out is who did his exhaust system!! There are very few good/affordable exhaust shops in MI.
I like it but I would have done some things differently.

Its a nice car don't get me wrong but it is not worth $145,000. A year back I heard he was selling it for 125,00 but I may have been a rumor. I would guess it is worth 110.

            Wow, that's down a lot.

Almost getting to the point of where it could be sold...almost...lol...

Yup, and in 1967 and 1968 the grill/hideaways were black. 1969 the hideaway doors were body color.

And I wouldn't be surprised if hideaways return on the 5th gen...

The thing is though, Ive always thought of hideaway lights as "old school halos" and sure enough the 5th gen RS is getting halos.

On the topic of the car... its a work of art and looks awesome. The only thing is for me... I just cant help but think id rather have a stock or slightly modified one, regardless of the value

That's a great looking car, no doubt. But, like I said in the Autorama pics thread, I would change the wheels. I just don't care much for any of those dark centered wheels that seem to be in fashion now.

I talked to him at Autorama (G.R.) and he seems like a nice guy, too. With an LS7, it probably runs pretty good, too!

He either owns/part-owns a shop or is deeply affiliated with one.

It's not the first, nor the last, that he's built.

i like the complete restorations more, too, but for someone else that car is pretty sweet. it think it's worth the 60k he's trying to get out of it. i'd look at it in admiration if one of you bought it!

Beautiful car, saw it at G.R. Autorama.
It is going to be a tough sell in this economy.
If he finds someone who likes ALL the things he did, then it will sell, maybe.
