    This thing looks bad a**, although they don't tell you much about the motor or its build........ Now if I could only convince the wife we need another "garage ornament".

                they are these plastic things to protect the wheel from brake dust. that one is all right, but they make ones that replicate disk brakes,

                        Plus it sounds like it just has drums in the rear, so probably trying to hide them. Nice looking bird though.

                              Yeah, that's what I thought too. I'd probably rather see the drums, but they could look a little silly bolted to such a huge wheel.
