I gave up trying to sell mine. I might try ebay 1 of these days. I've never sold anything on ebay though, just bought.

I tend to buy books online as well although sometimes its just too convenient to run to the school store and pick them up. IDK about other colleges but at central you get more money from your books if you go right away and return them as time goes by you get less and less for the same book. I usually photocopy what i need out of the book a week before exams and return them right away and usually get back quite a lot of money for them.

We order our books from MBSDirect.com. If I wasn't using book vouchers I'd get them from other places but some of our books are DavenPort University only. Hell even when a rep comes in to buy books at the end of the semester he won't take those books.

ive found half.com to be the best place to sell mine, i compare amazon, half.com, and the campus used bookstore when figuring what to buy though.

Mine were $742.42 last semester, and I am keeping them. Going to start my own library for the 75 bucks I would get back.

I sold once on Half.com and hated it. I sold my books and then had to wait 15 days to get payment but yet i had to ship immediately. Sorry, I'm not about to ship a book when I haven't even received the payment from Half.

Hey, that's Ramen Noodles for a semester! lol I usually hold on to the books that are for my Major or Minor, since you never know when you might need them, but all the rest of them, I sell to friends on campus.

Good luck B, I hope you get some LT1 Mod Money out of the deal!

well its guaranteed payment from half so whats to be nervous about? They do two payment schedules each month so you may wait 5 days for payment or you may wait 15 all depending on when your stuff sells, I dont mind it at all, its better than ebay where some of the buyers are deadbeats.

I've never had a problem with a dead beat buyer on e-bay - I require payment immediately when they use the Buy-it-Now option.
