  • Gorgeous IROC-Z for sale in Indiana

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=4605404773

Very nice Iroc, I've seen it in person at Superfest. Just passing the word along to help him out, it's a really really ince car. He's selling it so he can upgrade to a late model 4th gen SS.

I knew somebody who has/had a car exactly like that with pretty much the exact same mods down to the tail light covers - im almost wondering if he sold it to the guy who is selling it now... man, i cant remember what the guys name was!!! he was a good friend of my neighbors. (edit, jake winner maybe!?) thing was CHERRY and had 40k at the time. It did WICKED burnouts too, he did one in front of my house for me and my neighbor, only took about 1 second to catch second gear when he punched it

edit: actually the auction refers to for a "son" ... the kid im thinking of would probably be him.
edit again: cant be, he lives around my house, not indiana. Man that car is IDENTICAL though

haha im just running my mouth lol...cause all i know is LS1's.... i've never even seen a third gen engine bay in person lol.... yes i know im very sheltered...... i think mostly just none of my friends are into cars like i am....so whenever im working on my car...most people just gather at my house....smoke cigerettes...and watch me work. I need to explore the f-body world a little more this summer!..... that LS1 is god thing is pretty funny though!.... on a side note... my dad had a Formula back in the day before i was born. back when he used to paint cars. he had a white one...then my mom really liked it and she took it..so he went out and bought a red one lol....so they had matching birds..... maybe that's where i got my fancy for f-bodies from????

Yeah in my family we come from a line of oval dirt track racers and I'm really the first to get into drag racing, but they can still wrench on just about anything so their good to have around. Oh yeah the LS1 owns all lol.

That's a pretty badass 3rd gen, I'm not much of a fan of third gens but I'd drive that. My dad rebuilt the straight six in his 194x something with the help of his uncle in HS because he had to do it. He's not wrenched on a motor since and doesn't want to. They drive a minivan and a 2 wheel drive truck (Chrysler too), always have. So we have no clue where, when and how I became a Gearhead. It wasn't by influence. Only thing I can figure is its in the genes, because I'm adopted. Maybe the almighty LS1 had something to do with it? lol.

Hells yeah! I prefer the 4th gens too, but I'd definitely take that if it came my way!

That is a sweet 3rd Gen. I dig that color a lot. Nice blackouts too. It would be nice to take a closer look at it.

Who is that with the slick SS?
