Wow - sorry to hear.. my condolences go out to his family and freinds.. I did not know him but enjoyed many of his posts and feed back.

Just got the news. Even though I haven't been very active the last few months and haven't seen Doug in awhile, he will always have a special place in my heart. Great man, friend and all around good person. He will be missed. RIP Doug......

Had a text message this morning about it, had to pull over and call to confirm!
Doug will be greatly missed, enjoyed conversations with him and working on Superfest when WMCC was a part of it.
From my family and the EMCC family, our thoughts and prayers go to Anita and the family, also the WMCC family.

I'm completely numb and in shock after hearing the news - simply couldn't believe it. Like an ass, one of the first questions I asked Gary on the phone was "is this a joke? Err that would be something horrible to joke about, so of course it's not a joke..." Deeply saddened with the news. Angie and I already had the first half of next week off so we will definitely be in Grand Rapids once we get the final details for funeral arrangements.

I sent an e-mail out to all the members - I'm still in shock.

PS - I'm already planning on sending flowers once details are arranged. If anyone is interested in chipping in on a floral arrangement, please send me a PM.
