New Info in the "Whats Going On" Section

Well, it's 3:45am, and I've added some more to the website.

On the forum home, you will now notice all the way at the bottom stats about the chatroom. Listing who is in the chatroom, what the topic is set to, and the blue bar on the right of that "Chat stats" block is an activity bar, but I don't think that's fully functioning. Anyway, kewl new feature, I liked the "Who's Chatting" block on the old site and I needed it on here!

i feel bad though, the guy that helped me get it working on my website (it was originally made for an older version of vbulletin, so he did all the code changes to get it onto this version) he tried to install it on his site and it won't work, but yet it works fine on mine?
