I just wanted to take the time to wish everyone a happy 4th of July. I know there was talk on here of people buying illegal fireworks. I just wanted to reiterate to be safe and be smart. If you haven't watched Fox2 or other news stations lately, a woman in the Detroit area was killed when she was bent over the fireworks lighting the fuse when it went off in her face. A horrible accident.
Please guys, be safe and be smart. Don't drink and drive, and if you must buy illegal fireworks, try and be smart and safe about firing them off.
Lastly, on this day of celebrating our Independence, let's also take the time to honor and remember everyone in the Armed Services and those who have given their lives around the world protecting the American freedom we enjoy. I'm proud to be an American and enjoy these liberties, and we all owe it to those men and women who serve protecting our rights.
