Mail Issues: Website Not Sending Emails

lol every time your email bounces, I get an email from comcast.net explaining to start using reverse DNS. Unfortunately my host seems to be kinda misunderstanding on the whole concept.

Is it all cleared up now or do I have to do something different?

Oh this is nothing that needs to be done on your part, James. This is something I have to have set up through my server's ISP. I've put in the request for the reverse DNS set up, but this is all way over my head so I'm just struggling to get the information they need to set it up.
