Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Site Upgrade 12/23 - A few kinks to work out still!
Not liking how when you click on "What's new" and it goes to that activity thread. I want to see what threads are new, not every damn post on the site!

How did I know before I clicked the link it was going to be something negative?

Isnt that what the built in top X threads module at the top of the page is for?
I've noticed quite a bit of lag when using my old laptop and IE 11. The browser isn't choking up, it just seems like its running through a ton of scripts on the site.
Edit: Just checked with task manager. Each time I click a thread link it is pegging my CPU for about 5 seconds then site responds. It was never this severe before, maybe a second of lag on this old laptop
Windows 7 Intel Celeron M 420 1.6ghz 1 gig ram. I'll check on my other laptops/pc's to see if anything else is noticeable
Try clearing internet cache ... or just using a better browser like Chrome though truth be told, I tried to replicate with internet explorer and it's working OK for me.
Chrome was eating a ton of system resources, nearly 400K of ram during simple single tab browsing. IE with 5 tabs open might hit 300K. I do like Chrome though, and it does well on my desktop, it just doesn't have a friendly relationship with this laptop.
Problem didn't surface until yesterday when I logged on Oh well.
I am with Joel cant respond to a PM or a thread in Firefox at all, IE was glitchy for me as well, I had to download Chrome on my work computer just to respond here.

Have you guys tried clearing your temporary internet files?
I don't use FireFox at all except to use the Firebug add-in, but it appears to be working OK for me in Firefox? Capture.JPG
edit: Yeah, I can't replicate it. I tried drafting a new PM and that works for me too. Can you guys take a screenshot if clearing temporary internet files doesn't fix it?
