Eight years ago the site was started on a simple "Why doesn't Michigan have our own FBody site when other states do?" 8 years later, 2500 members, tons of bandwidth per month, etc. It's amazing what we all have built here. I know I've said it in the past, but it needs to be said again -- anyone can throw a forum on the internet and hope it does well. But it's everyone on here that makes it home, that makes us all a second family. I never thought 8 years ago that I would find a second family here, but Angie and I definitely have, and it's one of the most rewarding parts about this site. Just like any other site, we have our drama and our disagreements - but I challenge everyone to compare us to any other forum out there and ask if they're as close knit as we are or if they have as little drama as we do. As a lot of you know and experienced first hand - 2012 was very challenging and we lost great friends last year. The latter portion of the year was very hard for Angie and I, but you guys on here are one of the main reasons why Angie and I didn't lose our sanity. Angie jokes about how we have no private life - that our lives are played out on Mifbody, and to a lesser extent on Facebook, but having such a strong support network on here helped us through our hard times immensely. I try not to brag too much about the site here and what we have, but you guys make me proud to be the one who started the site, and I hope you all are proud of our home here and take ownership of what we've built too. Again - without you all, we'd just be a boring blip on the internet.
