    Bri Guy the LUBE guy!

Look at the store next time you go to the auto store and see what a quart of GOOD oil cost! I was shocked to see it up and around $7 last time I needed some. Brian can get your good quality oil at a even better price, best of all he has MOST of it all in stock!

    Good work Bri.

So will I need to add a zinc additive for flat tappet cams or no?

And is there a case discount?

        Probably looking for a 5W30...

        Welcome aboard!

A ZDDP additive is NOT needed when when Penn Grade 1 oil is used with a flat tappet camshaft.

I've written many times about the virtues of this oil - great stuff!!!

There was a great article in FSC a few years back about a racer at one of the nationals that blew a line and ran out his oil. He still completed his pass, won the race with no oil & no damage to the engine.

It is, we have had a few customers who claim their car runs cooler/ takes longer to get the coolant up to temp with their Grade 1 oil. I use their Grade 1 oil in my Chevelle, Corvette, and I will use it in the Cobalt in the future.
