  • Announcement! Happy Birthday to Michigan FBody!

I'm a little early, but I didn't want Mini-Meissen posting the thread before I could

Seven years ago on Sunday, MiFBody.com was born. I'll try to keep it short and sweet. I never imagined what the site would blow up into in the short amount of time, and I'm really thankful that I had the "what-if?" idea. While the site was never created to make me a millionaire, I feel that I've gained much more than that with the new family we've all gained as part of this site. I'm very proud of the site, what we accomplish, and all our members that we have on here. I talk about MiFBody a whole bunch at work, they're probably sick of hearing about it.

Anyway -- Happy Birthday Michigan FBody and thank YOU guys for 7 years of growth and keeping the site such a close-knit community.

So hard to realize that all this started when Brian got "Red Alert" for his 16th birthday. Of course It was not "red alert" then yet. that evolved just like mifbody.com site. I have watch this event, the purchase of a 94 Camaro, start Brian down a road that truely formed his life. Started Fbody, inspired a love for cars, met Angie (cruisin woodward), and propose to her at the Meet & Greet, then got his dream job at GM, and meet a lot of great people through mifbody.com who also love Fbodies. I am so proud of him because he has brought and shared all this with me and so many of you.

no, thank you. . . for establishing a place where such a community could grow. not everyone can pull this off. you hear about so much crap that other sites deal with and, while we do have our lil spurts of drama, we have still remained an awesome and close-knit community. i have personally formed many valuable relationships with the people on this site, and id say that my life is definitely better because of it not to mention, my car would be way slower and id have more money in the bank. . .haha! either way, thank you, b. . . .and happy birthday, mifbody!!!

Haha thanks everyone - I've said it before and I'll say it again. Anyone can set up a site and create a forum, it's you guys that make it home. You guys are the ones that deserve the "Good jobs" and "thank yous" - not me.
