Announcement! Forum upgraded to vBulletin 4.1.10

Hey guys,

Just a quick update - our forum software was very out of date. We were on version 4.0.4, and for security reasons it was strongly recommended to get to 4.1.10. I completed the upgrade this morning.

I'm going to need everyone's help to point out things that seem different than before, for example while I'm typing this up I'm noticing that the editor looks different and needs to have the colors customized slightly. If you guys things out of alignment, colors that are hard to read, etc please let me know.

PS - One thing you'll notice that has changed is that when you're typing a post, it will autosave so it won't get lost.

hitting "reply" beneath a post takes you to a new screen as if you hit "post reply" and it also is a "reply with quote"... hence why your quote is above

Also looks like you can "like/share" a thread on facebook/twitter

Yikes - yeah, that's a mess. Give me a min to try disabling a couple add-ons.

did the buttons at top that say forum/home etc always get frost rey or is that new? and we can like things on facebook now woohoo

When editing your profile, it throws everything on a white background, making the lighter grey words very difficult to read.

Yeah I'm really bummed about that -- It was something new that I created right before I upgraded, then I ran the upgrade and now it's not working... I'll get it fixed once the display stuff is corrected.



No more ugly whitish red button at the top when you're on the forum!
