  • Announcement! Welcome DeVriendt Custom Detailing to MiFbody!

    Hey guys,

As Joel has alluded to in one or two threads, he has officially came on as a paid advertiser/sponsor of MiFbody.com! Over the years, Joel has been known as one of the "go-to" people for detailing and the results of his work speak volumes on their own. Joel offers customized detailing packages, nightshading, and scratch repair.

Please join me in thanking Joel for becoming a sponsor and be sure to keep him in mind for your detailing needs.

    Thanks Joel!

How much to do my Jeep inside and out? I want it looking like the day the original owner took delivery of it...

I reserve the right to accept or decline any job for any reason, but no I do not discriminate!

As far as pricing goes I am going to continue to use the quote system, which is really just a way of saying that jobs are done via verbal/written contract for X work at X price. It is the only way I can provide fair prices that make for both happy customers and a happy joel. I say this because Ive been detailing for 6 years including service at a shop and I have witnessed and experimented with what works and what doesnt. "Detail Packages" are quite specifically what all the shops do that I choose to avoid. The reason for this is that these packages consistently overcharge one customer while undercharging the next. Not only can this be displeasing for some customers it almost means my profit margin on those packages will never be consistent - so whats the point of me having them? My quote system is part of the reason I am calling it "custom." Services are custom-catered to each person's needs. Also, I do not use hourly-rates because then the customer has to worry about whether or not they can trust me not to over-extend a job just to make more money. I like keeping the experience as lax and pleasant as possible

That said, I will be setting specific prices for niteshading services on f-body parts. I am not setting those yet however because I am still perfecting my formula for that procedure. (I still guarantee excellent results in the meantime, but PM me for a quote )
