Alright guys. The time has come where I must admit that the board is about to be more active than I can possibly handle to keep track of the every day functions of what's going on. Especially with school starting soon in another month. That said, and with MUCH hesitation, I'm looking for a handful of moderators. PLEASE only ask to be moderator if you view the site ATLEAST twice a day.
The criteria I'm looking for:
1. Trust. I need to be able to trust this person, MiFbody (the site) is my baby, and Angie can verify for me, when stuff happens on MiFbody it affects me in person and really stresses me out. I need to be able to trust the person and know that they'll do a good job moderating their section and not let the power go to their head.
2. Temperment and Attitude. You must not be the type to whine, cause issues, or have me constantly going in and deleting a post or thread because of an issue that you caused or someone else caused because of something you said. Fact of the matter is that if you rock the boat, the boat capsizes and I don't want the site to suffer from a moderator with an attitude.
3. Active. You gotta be an active member on the site. I'm not going to assign moderator status to someone that only checks on the board every other day, you must be more active than that. If something happens in your section, I want to rest assured knowing that you're active enough to be able to drench the fire before it spreads.
Those are the main three things I'm looking for. For the more technical forums, I'm really looking for someone that knows what they're talking about. So if you REALLY know a lot about a subject, please speak up. We all know that the only subject I'm well knowledgable in is 4th generation appearance/customizing/aftermarket accessories. Engines, performance, mechanical stuff I suck at.
If you apply and don't get picked, please do not take offense at all. It doesn't mean you weren't qualified, but rather the other person might have seemed to be the better fit. If it's REALLY close, I can always make two people moderator of the same forum.

The applications have definitely started rolling in. I've rated all the ones I've received so far. I'm not sure when I'll let people know whether they've become a mod yet, but you'll know when you do. The Moderator Application System sends emails out after 14 days to let you know whether or not you've been selected or something like that, but I don't know if I'll be using the MAS system or just going ahead and doing it earlier than that. We'll see. If I don't pick you, like I said, please don't feel offended or hurt that you weren't picked, I've already received a lot of apps.
