  • Very Important, Please Read

Hey guys, I was just contacted by Custom Impact Motorsports for a sponsorship for my car. I was talking to them and supposedly they do club rates and what not. Now it sounded good to me with the discounts and what not that they get, but who knows. Im really interested in seeing if anyone knows IF THIS IS A SCAM or not? And if it isnt, would anyone be interested in this? Their web URL is https://www188.safesecureweb.com/cus...owitworks.html

Please check it out and get back to me. I have to call them at 3 pm tomorrow(May 16).

Some of the things that the guy talked to me about was you get extremely discounted parts, and you have chances of making money at shows. They have 4 events per year that you can show up at and show your car off for their magazine(or w/e). It is 79 dollars if you join individually and is put towards your first part purchase, but im not sure what the deal on a club rate is, if enough were interested I can find out. If you want more information my number is 248 495 5875.

    *UPDATE*
This is a legit deal. The whole point of it is very discounted parts and getting paid to publicize their name. We pretty much get paid on referring members, getting our car pictures on websites and magazines or showing up at events such as dragways, shows, etc. But for right now lets just stick with the fact of discounted prices. They do have a club fee if enough people are interested that we can chip in for. They dont have any events out in our area yet since they are a new east coast area but they said that if we let them know in advanced they will bring their people to our events. Im thinking that this is a good deal since we are all looking for discount prices. If there are any other questions please feel free to post up and ask them, I will check this very often.

    *RE-UPDATED*
Im going through with them, right now they are hooking me up with the best deal possible for headers. I wouldnt call this so much of a sponsorship but more of a company that will get you the parts you want for a price you cannot beat. If you're at all interested or have questions feel free to contact me. This sounds like the best thing you can do to get parts and save money.

Maybe they don't sponsor you. Maybe you sponsor them. That's why you have to pay.

Aight guys. Try it out, see how it is. I'm broke, so I can't do anything about it right now to join the sponsorship program. I'm not creating a whole forum for the equivalent of one thread.

umm.. yea, why would you pay money just to get someones name on your car.. and alot of money at that? you figger you spend 1 k on them sponsoring you to get the discounts.. and they give you what, 5 percent off of parts.. shit it would not even try paying for itself in a year.. unless your a race team thats spending 40 k a year on parts.

on top of that, this sounds like the mother of all pyrimid schemes.. i mean. you get more discounts to refer a friend and he gets discounts to refer his friends... sounds like this site with no discounts.. HEY MEISSEN!!!! WHERES OUR DISCOUNTS?!?!?!?!?!
