Album & Thread Attachments Fixed!

Hey guys,

I found a setting in the configuration for the Apache web server that said "Use extra default settings" and it was commented out (not being used). So I uncommented it, restarted the apache service, and tried uploading 5 1.75mb images to my album all at once. It used to time out with just 2.

It worked this time. You should be all set to upload larger images to the album or upload pics to threads like normal again.
