  • Cruise to Support Becky D - Saturday, June 6th

Admittedly - as most of you know - I don't come on here as often as I wish I did. And unfortunately, the cause of me coming on here tonight is bittersweet. As some of you may or may not have heard, one of our strongest sponsors/supporters of MiFBody.com and a huge supporter of the annual Meet & Greet, BeckyD, was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The Motor City Camaro Club has organized a cruise by Becky D's house to offer our well wishes. If you'd like to join in, check out the details in the flyer below and/or register for the event at the following link.

It's really such a bummer - Becky is an absolutely awesome person.

Megan and I plan to join, though it'll probably be in one of the DDs (both of which Becky sold us, so certainly fitting in their own way), as a certain F-Body competitor is blocking the Cobalt and Camaro from leaving the garage at the moment...

No worries Pete - I'm sure we'll see you at some point on Woodward this summer. Jill stopped by and said hi - did see the new ride (first time in person) - looks great! Looks like your car (and your head) made it into one of the pics below!

Stealing these pics that Brian posted/shared of the event, almost like there was a mini Meet and Greet in the staging area (this would have been the M&G day, if not for the pandemic) - so much love and support for such an awesome person.

Now, if you take a very close look at the aerial shot, you will see the true gem of the "mini car show" over on the left, halfway down. Either that or "why is this car in the line?". One of those.

Looks like a very successful event. Sorry I was not able to attend, but I was out of town.
