  • Announcement! Congratulations to ktl711

I just wanted to write a quick congratulations to Kevin, ktl711 , on his retirement from General Motors. He has been with the company for 39.5 years and his last day is this Friday. He'll probably want to smack me upside the head for posting this, but I think that his time at GM and his upcoming retirement is quite the accomplishment. On a personal level, I'm going to miss being able to reach out to him anytime and IM him... admittedly I haven't done it as often as I should have.

Congratulations Kevin and I wish you nothing but the best in your future free time!

We are supposed to hear about our fate tomorrow morning. I am hoping the words ?Buy Out? are used loudly and often. Many people are fearing being sent to the Tech Center because they live north of Pontiac. For me, it?s almost the same drive time.

Thanks for the best wishes and kind words, everyone. Yes, this means much more Woodward time is possible, especially now that I have a Camaro that has the correct number of cylinders! I am starting to get the itch to make use of these Kooks long tubez I've got in my stash; maybe 2019 will be the year that LO BDGT comes into its own!

Relax, Brent, you will have nothing to fear!

Congratulations on your pending retirement! That's awesome. More Woodward /car cruising time is a good thing.
