MiFbody.com -- Beefing up the Technical Aspect

The unfortunate truth of it is that the Latest Statistics isn't meant to be used like we're using it. The news section ONLY will show the date -- I already looked and there's not even an option to add the Poster to the News (IE: Technical) part.Originally posted by 97rs4life View PostAlso seems to not be turning off the orange icon for new posts. I have to manually go to quick links and mark all read to turn the orange off
And no, I'm not getting rid of newest members. I know a lot of people here think it's not worth while, but I look at the newest members every single time I come to the site.- Brian Meissen

Hey guys, I removed the filter for the Social threads so that the Latest Social Threads will show ALL latest posts. I didn't realize until today that the Latest Technical Posts is being sorted by the ORIGINAL post date, not the newest post date.- Brian Meissen

hey what happened now? you got rid of the technical section?
I LOVED having the General and Technical sections showing!!
No offense, but i could care less who has the most post count.. i'd rather be on here and learn something technical than know brian OWNS everyone with post count.
Edit, i see you have a technical button at the top.. but i liked the Dual setup MUCH better!!!!!!

the dual setup wasnt working right because threads would not be bumped back to the top.
Im assuming brian will bring it back if he can get the software to work the way it was supposed to, because i think that layout was the best.-Joel

Yup, what Joel said. If we could get it working, we'll do it, otherwise this should be a very cool way to have the site organized. Now there's MUCH less vertical scrolling on the main page.- Brian Meissen
