mcaffee won't touch adware (they are barely adequite at viruses) and firewalls are useless against them (especially microsofts firewall) download adaware, and spybot search and destroy. If you have the microsoft antispyware get rid of it, it is spyware itself

I use Norton Internet Security 2006 personally. I have a 7 year license, so I'm good and protected for a little while lol. I haven't been let down by it yet, my dad can't even access folders that I'm openly sharing on my computer unless I temporarilly disable the internet security because it blocks other computers from even seeing my openly shared resources.
