Downsiding the main page

Is it just me or is the main page to big? I think that it should be top 15, shoutbox, and then main catigories like "Michigan Fbody Association", "Community", "Generation Specific Help", etc. Then you click on those and it brings you to the smaller catigories. Or atleast move The Pit to the top of the page.

Just my .02 though....
