Alright guys, here's the deal. I've been contemplating this idea over the past few months. I wanted to present this to everyone to see what everyone thought about it. This site is a community site, and as such I want to run it by the community itself before I make this sort of change to the site.
The idea is to add a full-fledged, professional classifieds system to the website. I think it's a good idea because it is an actual system, and such would be easier to use and would have a lot of features to make the Buying/Selling experience easier.
Here are some of the features listed at the website:
Let users buy/sell items
Use for job postings
Use for personals ads
Auction style bidding
User feedback
Zip Code integration
Sellers set ads expiration
The idea is that we can have multiple for sale sections and wanted sections (one section for parts, cars, misc items, etc) and also a job posting should anyone be looking for a job or need someone to hire. Basically, it just ties another section of the community together and creates a more professional and organized Classifieds section.
For some examples of sites running this Classifieds section, check these links out:

http://www.timesharegateway.com/forums/ <--- These guys have integrated it fully into their forum to show on the forum home -- I would work to integrate it some how as a text based "Top 10 New Ads" or something.
Alright, so now that I've said all the cool features and let ya look at the sites, here's a few negatives and not-so-negative.
Not-So-Negative: Doesn't easilly integrate into vBulletin's forum home. Will need to custom modify some scripts so that it will integrate better, this will take time, but in the end should turn out cool.
Negative: It costs $99, but with a handful of soon-to-be sponsors, it won't be a big deal. I've got a handful of sponsors that I'm in the works with, just need to either receive payment, work out payments, or talk to them more and then officially announce that they're sponsors.

Good enough reason for me to not go with it, if it ain't good enough for CZ28.com.
