Threads Reloading?

here is what I see, as you can see even the first and second posts are missing.

In many threads it starts taking away the top post of the page 1 at a time until like 5+ are gone after a minute.

Chrome on Win7 for me, I noticed it doesn't happen in Brent's thread

Firefox and Win7. It's not happening in this thread oddly enough.

I posted in the Wolfe Cage thread figuring maybe it was because I hadn't posted in it yet.....nope that's not it either, I still see a beautiful 30th Camaro.

Did you see the picture I posted? It doesnt happen in every thread but I noticed in Joel's thread it just did it to me again.

Doing it in this thread now too, I watched the top 3 posts disappear.

Just tried in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome in both Win7 and WinXP, does it it every one.

Edit: now it is even doing it in this thread

How many posts per page you guys have it set at? I think I see what it's doing.

Mine is set at 20 posts. When this thread hit 21 posts it started doing it. When someone posts a new response, it updates your page automatically, but bumps the first few out because you're only allowed to have a max of whatever # of posts (20 in my case). Just a guess, but it seems like it's doing away with the Page 1, Page 2, etc. thing to a certain extent and just putting everything on one page if the first few posts are already marked as "read" for your account and gets rid of them since you've theoretically already read them.

Regardless, really annoying lol.

Sorry guys, I'm still not having that problem. I can see all post and all pictures being posted.......Maybe we just need to make everybody an Admin for the day , until B can fix whatever is going on.

yeah I think you are right Jim its set to the post count I have mine on the max I believe, but its doing it in every thread now. I cant even go back and look at old posts or previous pages... weird, and yes I dont like it either.

Doing it in every browser that I have as well. IE, Safari, Firefox, chrome and on my phone.

Actually, you know what, I probably do/did too. I thought 20 was the max but it's probably 40 in which case I always set mine to the max. Regardless, it seems to currently allow only 20 posts displayed at one time.

exactly, and now its refreshing every 5 seconds which isnt bad but when I was typing and you guys were posting then my typing disappeared as well, bumped all the way up the screen (page)
