Managing attachments

I have not been able to manage attachments on this or any other site I am on for a few weeks now. Also some pasted links will not open for me. What could be my problem? The only way to post pics is from my photobucket account.

Three off the top of my head without knowing what OS and browser you're using:
Clear temporary internet files
Reinstall Java
Set internet options back to default
