How come the site help and suggestions keeps saying there is a new post when there isn't?

cause I made a topic with a dummy username and then deleted it. does it still show as being new for you?

still showing on the main page as if there is a new post in it. But then when I enter there is no new posts in the threads.

had to delete the post from the database manually lol. btw, like the new online/offline images? I did them myself lol
