It's funny you mention it - other sites suck for me today but MiFbody seems pretty smooth. It's been awhile since I've restarted the services, so I'll do that and see if it helps.- Brian Meissen

Had 7000+ connections so that could've been it. I restarted the services just now so it should speed up. I don't see anything in the performance history that would suggest it being slow.
