Opera was always the fastest and best browser I ever used.
i really wish I could use it on my current computers. I really miss Opera. Firefox, Mozilla, and microshaft don't compare.
I did some "stress testing" of my own, and Opera was amazing, never failed. I had dial-up at home, and Opera there was actually faster than IE at work on the T-1 lines.

yeah, I've always heard good things about Opera. I just wish HTML was more standardized, I remember with SLP's site I was posting images using HTML on the frontpage, I was using width=50% which works great for Netscape and FireFox users, MSIE doesn't recognize what 50% means, and the images were displaying full size (2048 wide!) so then I had to go in and change it to width=500 for pixels that MSIE and FireFox thankfully recognize. Seems like more and more the HTML is coming standard between browsers, but I remember back when I first started making websites like 9 years ago (yes, I was making websites when I was 10..) it was one of those things where "Well, you can do this for netscape, or you can do this for MSIE.."
