The MIFBODY.com site rule the way that it is now. You have only been here less than 3 months. Some people have been here since the beginning.
I have been here for almost a year and i wouldn't even dare to tell Brian what he should do with his website. I definatly would not insult design elements of the site. The title of Administrator demands respect.

Well **** this. I think people took my shit the wrong way and I am a little pissed.
I am more than appreciative of what Brian has done here, and it is an AWESOME job. Yeah, it's not broken, but I just thought it could use some updating.
And no, I never see more than 5 people in the shoutbox. I guess I have other things going on so I'm not on the computer at prime time. Sorry.
And forgive me if I think the text looks kind of lame. I guess I am not entitled to my opinion.
I have plenty of respect for everything Brian does and I am not insulting anyone. Take it how you want, thats not up to me.
I also don't think it matters how long I have been here. I think it looks dated and could be a bit easier to use. I didn't know about any polls for colors or whatever else. Take the suggestion site down if you're going to be a bunch of ****ing pricks to me for giving my opinion.
I suppose this community could do just fine losing a member.1997 Red T/A (SOLD)

For the record I would like to be noted as not ranting on Randall for suggesting some changes.
Maybe some people took the suggestions to be disrespectful but I think a little changes to keep things modern and fresh is always good, and besides things like the Member Garage have seen very little use since we did away with the most recent gallery photo bar. Other parts like video hosting are also pretty stagnant.
I think a little more info on ROTM would be nice. IE: when voting comes, maybe some specs and stuff other then just a couple pics. And when the winner is called maybe a short paragraph about the car with more indepth photos and info.
To keep Brians work load sustainable maybe we should delegate some of these jobs like the ROTM management to somebody?Last edited by MattODoom; July 16th, 2007, 08:57 PM.

Not so much DRAMA & easy on the NAME CALLING !!!!!
this site is awesome, and is filled with awesome people who share an interest in an awesome subject.
its not a guess or a maybe, everyone DID take my suggestions incorrectly.
i seriously could not care any less as to whether or not anything i have said is implemented. i love this site. i just like things modern. i am big in the whole web2.0 scheme of things.
i respect the admins whole heartedly for what they do, but maybe we could take some volunteers (i volunteer myself personally) to take on a bit more responsibility in making this community an ever growing and advancing place.
much more than that, i respect, love, and appreciate everything brian does here and without him, we have nothing. i am also fully aware that this i done in your spare time brian. so i say to you, lets have some people, myself included, add some of their spare time to advancing this project. i will put in my time, and anyone else with some know how or opinions is encouraged to help too.
i want EVERYONE to know, even those that have no hand in designing and building this site, that i appreciate all of you and we do not need to continue hopping along on one wrong foot. its not worth it.1997 Red T/A (SOLD)

Hey Randy,
I'm sorry if I came across in a negative manner toward you.
I think you have some neat ideas, but maybe thats something you need to talk to Brian about in private. Theres alot of people here that feel Brian is doing an excellent job and like things the way they are.
They can't picture the changes you mentioned.
We don't want to lose you as a member. We're all here because we have a common love for F-Bodies.

its all good. but no, im not going to talk about these things with brian in private. if they arent wanted, then we all just say no and move forward. this is a community and i posted in a god damn suggestions forum for god's sake. if nobody here wants to hear suggestions about things changing because youre too old fashioned to welcome new changes, then you need to reconsider how you deal with the opinions of others. im completely cool with everyone wanting things to stay the same, and even though i disagree, im not going to ask anyone to keep quiet about it.Originally posted by Bowtie-Bri View PostHey Randy,
