Doesn't look like I get to do the Meet n Greet at Kensington this year. I am taking a girls soccer team to our Section 8 Tournament that weekend. We play in Clio this year so I may be able to pop in depending on how we do, but the car stays in the garage. It is actually in pieces all over my house....floor pans are decorating the living room, family room has a ton of misc pcs, as well as garage, both sheds and the basement.
Hubby's project is a 55 Nomad. His is driveable but no interior as of yet. See you at the August weekend!

Thanks for the welcome. I am finding that I have undertaken a huge project. Today we took out the engine and trans. We have all new rear sheetmetal on the car, and have since discovered that I am getting new floorpans as well. Wish me luck. I can't weld to save my life. Thank goodness my husband can.

Uh, how did my signature get there???? Thanks to who ever accomplished that for me. You can see some of the work that has been done, as well as what is left to do.

Thanks for getting that up there for me. Hand me a wrench and I know what to do with it, but I am not technical.

It will take a miracle to get this car on the road this year. We discovered the floor pan problem when we went to install the floor shifter. The previous owner welded metal on the bottom of the car and covered everything with tar or some such stuff. He did the same with the interior. Now I know why everything looked so darn good. Oh well....live n learn....Now, back to the Red Wings...
