Actually, I made a run at a Camaro (fourth gen, V8) a couple weeks ago. Lost because:
1) Didn't shift down to second (only going 25 mph)
2) Two other people with me (weight)
3) She shut off mid race...
Not that I woulda won, but I coulda made it halfway amusing. I did give him a thumbs up once I got my car goin again/to the next light.
