WOW! Thanks guys (and gals!) for the warm welcome. I have never such a greeting at any other forum before!

Honestly, the car is not that nice if you saw it in person. It just so happens the pic was from two years when some friends and I went to St.Ignace for the show. The car was completely rubbed out and waxed a few weeks before and was still lookin' sweet. The previous owner had it repainted - but with single stage paint , so the shine doesn't like to last.

Matt - the turbo is a Turbonetics 62-1, capable of supporting about 650hp. The rest of the system is homemade. I'm limited by the cheap $800 motor though, so I'll be lucky to see around 400-425hp safely. It is still a good start, and with some stronger internals things should get very interesting.

1bad83ta - I live on the west side of town by Lake Nepessing. I generally don't cruise town much. I prefer to head to the outskirts and give her hell !
