  • New from greater Lansing area

Well new to this forum, figured I'd say hi! I own a 96 RS, w/t tops. The car was owned by my brother since 2000, and I manage to get it off him last fall, always love these body styles, it does need a little work but nothin I can't handle

Welcome! If you're in the Lansing area and are looking for a group of young car guys to hang out with, you should check out the MSU Racing Club: http://www.msuracing.com/ (you don't have to be a student to join)

It's good to see there's a Camaro community in the Lansing area. I'm planning on relocating there around Christmas of this year and will look into the MSU racing club!

I wouldn't get your hopes up to high, the auto scene here is pretty boring unless it turns around this year.

I'm hoping with the new Camaro being assembled at the Lansing Grand River plant it kindles alot more attention. The Camaro Superfest in Ypsilanti has a caravan planned to drive up to the plant for tours......let's see

Lansing itself is dosent have a huge scene for automotive since gm got ride of fisher body and built the delta plant, but I see a lot going on in the smaller towns, my village puts on one hell of a car show in the end of August

We went to the Olds Homecoming a couple of years back. I thought that was a great show.
