Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Thanks guys
Welcome Max! I live basically right down the road from you in between flat rock and Monroe. I'm sure we can get some cruising in this summer. Feel free to contact me about turbocharging your car too, as I know a little bit here and there. Currently building my turbo 3.1l, so I can give you advice on components and point you in the right direction.
Cool sounds good I'm always down to cruise
And that 3.1 you got isn't that what replaced the 2.8 eventually in the 3rd gens? C2YT

Yep exactly right. Your 3800 is totally different, but a lot of the concepts carry over. Don't worry about the car being an auto. If you do plan on boosting it that will last much longer.
C2YT Yea if I ever put on turbo on it I would be content with the auto. Lol I used to have a firebird with a 2.8 v6 man that thing was slow
John I would but I don't even have my info for Facebook anymore lol I haven't used it in so long sorry
Definitely keep in touch though C2YT

Welcome! My first car was an '86 Bird with a 2.8L. For SURE it was a dog! 135hp of raw fury (when new) coupled with a very rough 125k mile life before I bought it...
