Hello,
i am new to this site, just found it today. I got my 1970 Z back that I had in 1980 from a friends wife who recently died. I bought the car in Mississisppi in 1980. I restored the car (as well as a 18 year old could) and drove it until 1985 when I sold it to my best friend. He drove it for the summer of 85 and then parked it for the next 29 years. He died at the young age of 50 unexpectedly Oct 2013. In June of this year I got the car back from his widow and towed it home after sitting for 30'years. I put a nice 383 in it and it has a 3:55 12 bolt and a t400. I am hoping someone here can help me find a shop that has experience intalling a 700r4 in a second gen so that the car will be more of a driver. I intend to drive the car next summer frequently. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
