      Car currently has full exhaust with headers and ory, air box with K&N, 160 stat, hypertech programmer. First thing i would like to do is get rid of the rasp in the exhaust. I have already installed a dynomax bullet in the I pipe.

          Welcome back to the F-body family Mike! I had an 02 35th Ann. with the GMMG chambered catback with QTP LT, ORY and no cats. It also had a pretty nasty rasp. I was gonna do the same thing that you did but I ended up selling the car instead. Hopefully your able to eliminate the rasp or at the very least calm it down. If the Bullet doesn't help, you may want to consider a pair of high flow cats after the headers. Have fun and good luck!
