Wow. Gorgeous ride. One of the best colors GM has made IMHO.

      Welcome and enjoy the site!

Nice looking ride. Looks like the shifter was changed out at one time.

Wow pistol grips are nice but that seems terrible with a handle that long! My grip is barely above the console.

Anyway, very nice car! My buddy has a non-ws6 version of the same thing with a stroked LS2

That's the plan! Hope to see you there, and if so, it will be much cleaner than it was in these photos.

What's the button on the shifter for? Nitrous?
Thanks! It's my favorite color on ANY car, period, too. The car will definitely be out on Woodward, so if you make it out there be sure to get my attention. I always love meeting new car enthusiasts.

As far as the shifter goes, it used to engage nitrous, but he removed the system before I bought it - part of the way we worked on price. The shifter has since been removed and the original Hurst shift knob is back on.

The shifter button was for nitrous, line lock switch is located another place.

BBS Single Stage Induction - Thanks for the kind words, couldnt have lived much longer with that huge pistol grip, so the Hurst shift knob was a must.

Thank you. The shift knob was replaced at one point, to accommodate a nitrous installation. It's been put back to the original Hurst shift knob since I took ownership.

The pistol grip felt great, but I couldn't get past it's look and the fact that the button atop it was no longer functional, so it was removed and the original Hurst shift knob was put back on.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone. Again, looking forward to meeting many of you throughout the summer. I'll be out on Woodward as often as possible, and will also try to make it to Bakers on Sundays too, but I usually dedicate my Sundays to the Factory Five Cobra my brother and I are building.

Nice, is the nitrous still on it? Sweet ride, love it!

I saw you on I-94 today, I was driving towards the airport, you were going the opposite direction - maybe about 2:40ish.... we'll have to get together soon to meet and drive a bit.

Thanks for the welcomes, everyone. I've put over 1200 miles on it since I picked it up last Saturday. And yesterday, it drove in the rain for the very first time! If the past owner saw how dirty it is right now, he'd probably shit himself.

A couple photos, showing the Hurst shifter back on and my replacement for those hideous looking single exhaust pipes. Much better now!
