  • Hello everyone!

1badmofo directed me to this webiste, so I checked it out and really like it a lot. I have posted some pictures in the gallery section if you want to see my ride. I have to brag about this all of the time, but....(hearing 1badmofo laughing at me)...I bought my LS1 for $5k! I've had to put some maintenance money into the car, but well worth it! Nothing fancy on nthe car yet, but here's what I have right now: Custom STB, shift kit, K&N, WS6 Rims and SLP Loudmouth 3.5".......cam coming this winter???? Here is a link to the gallery I created for my car: http://www.mifbody.com/vbulletin/vbp...?do=view&g=257

Also signed up for WMCC, hope to hear from one of you guys soon....I know you were all in Traverse City this weekend....I just joined on Thursday, so I didn't know about that trip and couldn't change my plans to go! I live in Hudsonville, so I am sure I will see alot of you around. I did meet one of them at Superfest but now can't remember his name.

    Great site!
    Dan

          Hi Angie!

I'll always find some gas money somewhere! I have been driving my Z28 as a daily driver since I bought it, but just bought another car (winter beater), so now I can start making plans for winter upgrades...I really need new front seats, want to do a cam, and some suspension upgrades, mainly a 1.5" drop. SOOOO....I really want to get all of that done before power tour next year...look forward to meeting you at events and meetings!

          Thanks!
          Dan

              Hi Gary

Gary, I love your IROC...any pics of the engine bay? I saw it at Superfest and just love the stance on it. I really do hope to use some of the member's knowledge with the f-body's to learn how to do some of the bolt-on stuff and mods. I've done my shocks, struts, pads and rotors, but haven't done a lot of the engine stuff. Scott (1badmofo), has helped me a lot learning things, but his garage is pretty far away (in Jackson). I do want to do a cam and could use some assistance perhaps with that.

              Nice to hear from you!

No current pics on the engine bay online. . I will have some later as we are getting ready to do a engine swap. The current engine is pretty tired its only got 198,000 on it. Our next WMCC meeting is Nov. 5th. You should try and make it. http://mifbody.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=5351
